Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the pkr38 platform. By creating an account you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Agreement Between You and pkr38
pkr38 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Registering on this platform constitutes confirmation that you are at least 21 years old. Players who do not meet this requirement must not access, register, or use pkr38 in any way.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr38 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pkr38 website, platform, games, betting services, and all associated features. By accessing the pkr38 platform, clicking to accept these Terms, or completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkr38 platform.
pkr38 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the pkr38 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English; in any dispute, the English language version shall prevail.
Summary of Core Rules
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use the pkr38 platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. pkr38 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify compliance with these requirements.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr38 will verify your age during registration and at first withdrawal using a valid Bangladeshi National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification fails will be suspended immediately and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
- You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or syndicate unless expressly authorised by pkr38 in writing. Automated registrations using bots, scripts, or similar software are strictly prohibited.
- Each individual player is permitted to hold only one pkr38 account. The creation or operation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. pkr38 may request re-verification of any detail at any time.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr38 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to protect your credentials.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
pkr38 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the pkr38 platform.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless specifically stated in a promotion. pkr38 reserves the right to introduce or amend deposit limits at any time without notice.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals require submission of a valid Bangladeshi National ID card or passport. pkr38 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
- pkr38 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges. pkr38 has no control over and accepts no liability for charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
- pkr38 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or abuse of a promotion. In such cases pkr38 may freeze the account and request additional documentation before releasing any funds.
3. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
pkr38 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the promotion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly displayed in the bonus terms at the time the offer is presented. Failure to complete the wagering requirement before the stated expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. pkr38 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion at its sole discretion if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the bonus system.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your pkr38 account and are clearly distinguished from your real-money balance. You may not withdraw bonus funds directly; only real-money winnings generated after satisfying the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
- Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold, exchanged, or traded between players. Any attempt to transfer bonus funds to another account will result in immediate forfeiture and account suspension.
- pkr38 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL, or IPL are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. Players are responsible for reading the full terms of each promotion before opting in.
4. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection
pkr38 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered player at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
- Session time-out: Players may activate a temporary time-out ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out the player's account will be inaccessible for the selected period. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period has elapsed.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from pkr38 may request self-exclusion by contacting support at the email address listed in the footer of this website. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.
- pkr38 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any player found to have registered while underage will have their account permanently closed, all deposits returned, and all winnings forfeited without exception. pkr38 may refer cases of suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action. pkr38 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any artificial means to interact with the pkr38 platform, place bets, generate outcomes, or claim bonuses.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or engage in matched betting using pkr38 bonus funds.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, vulnerabilities, or undocumented features in any game or platform component to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void and will be recouped by pkr38.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the pkr38 platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds of illegal origin. pkr38 cooperates fully with competent authorities in all investigations relating to suspected financial crime.
- Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification request. Impersonating another person or using a stolen identity to create or operate a pkr38 account.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
pkr38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action without prior notice to the player.
- Any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 5, will result in immediate account suspension. pkr38 will investigate the circumstances and may permanently close the account and forfeit all balances if the breach is confirmed.
- A player may close their own account at any time by contacting pkr38 support via the email address in the footer. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within seven business days of the closure request being processed.
- pkr38 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before a dormant account closure is initiated. Any real-money balance remaining in a dormant account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's last registered payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the pkr38 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and the pkr38 brand name — is the exclusive property of pkr38 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr38 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the pkr38 platform without express prior written consent from pkr38. Any unauthorised use of pkr38's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr38, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkr38 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether pkr38 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall pkr38's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pkr38 platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr38 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether pkr38 has been informed of the possibility of such liability.
9. Amendments and Governing Law
pkr38 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkr38 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the pkr38 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the pkr38 platform and close your account in accordance with Section 6.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pkr38 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform providing services to Bangladesh market players. Any unresolved dispute that cannot be settled through direct communication with pkr38 support may be referred to binding arbitration.
